Gary McGaghey joined Williams Lea Tag, a company possessed by the venture capital firms PE Group and Advent International. Williams Lea Tag is a member of Williams Lea Tag. After that, he worked for Pepsi Lipton International and Unilever, and Unilever South Africa. Throughout this period, McGaghey primarily worked as a Senior Financial Officer and the Vice President of Finance and Group CFO of the subsidiary companies. However, during his career, he also served as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and Temporary Chief Executive Officer. The position of Chief Financial Officer for Pepsi Lipton International Joint Ventures was McGaghey’s final one with Unilever.
McGaghey held the position of the chief financial officer at Nelson’s for a little over two years before joining Williams Lea Tag after his tenure at Unilever. Between May 2017 and June 2019, he worked here in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Executive Board Member, and Statutory Director. Before embarking on a successful career, Gary McGaghey received his education from the University of Natal and the University of South Africa. He has an undergraduate degree in Commerce and a graduate degree in the same field.
